Apart from cataract surgery and IOL implantation, we are Concerned with Post operative visual outcome in terms of minimal postoperative astigmatism and minimal/non depending upon spectacles Astigmatic error is corrected by Toric Monofocal / Toric Multifocal lenses. Postoperative Distant as well near vision correction by implantation of Multifold on Trifocal lenses, We used to perform Topical Phacoemulsification (without Injection), NO INJECTION, NO SUTURE, NO BANDAGE.
